Arriving at Southampton Central Railway Station:

Leaving the station from platform 1 onto Southbrook Road cross over the road opposite The Victory public house and turn to the left

Then take a right turn along the footpath that runs underneath Nelson Gate which brings you out onto Commercial Road.  You will now be almost opposite Hill Lane.

Cross Commercial Road and walk up Hill Lane passing 5 road turnings to your left.

When you arrive at the 2nd set of traffic lights past the 5 road turnings you will be at the crossroads of Hill Lane, Archers Road and Howard Road.

Turn left into Howard Road and we are approximately 100 metres down on the right hand side – Number 22.

Arriving at the Coach Station:

Leaving the coach station on Harbour Parade, turn to your right and then into the car park of ‘Toys ‘R’ Us’ store.  Crossing the car park, walk to the back of the store towards the Railway Station.

Cross over Western Esplanade towards the station and using the footbridge cross over the railway into Blechynden Terrace.

Turn to your left and then take the right turning into Wyndham Place.

Turn left into Commercial Road and then right into Hill Lane.

Walk past 5 road turnings to your left. When you arrive at the 2nd set of traffic lights past the 5 road turnings you will be at the crossroads of Hill Lane, Archers Road and Howard Road.

Turn left into Howard Road and we are approximately 100 metres down on the right hand side – Number 22.

When travelling into Southampton from the M3/A33
3 ½ miles (5 ½ km) from Junction 14

Follow city centre signs until you are travelling down a tree lined avenue with parkland on either side (The Common). You are now on The Avenue.

When you pass a pub on the right hand side called 'The Cowherds' take the next turning on the right, Northlands Road.

Continue to the end and at the ‘T’ junction, turn right onto Archers Road.

Straight across the traffic lights (Howard Road) and we are approximately 100 metres down on the right hand side.


When travelling into Southampton from the M27
4 ¼ miles (7 km) from Junction 5

Leave the motorway at the Southampton/Eastleigh exit. Follow the Southampton City signs turning left at the second set of traffic lights, (Portswood) along Thomas Lewis Way (A335).

Carry straight on and at the 5th set of traffic lights, sign posted 'Shirley' - turn right (Lodge Road)

Go straight across the next two sets of traffic lights and at the 3rd set - turn right into Archers Road.

Straight across the next traffic lights (Howard Road) and we are approximately 100 metres down on the right hand side.


When travelling into Southampton from the M271 or A36
4 ¼ miles (7 km) from Junction 3

Follow the city signs and travel over the flyover(s) and straight across the first set of traffic lights.

Shortly after this take the slip road to the left sign posted 'Shirley/Portswood' (Paynes Road)

Straight across at the next set of traffic lights (Howard Road) and we are about 500 metres along on the left hand side.
